Please Read Before Submitting The Form Below 

In Order To Qualify For This Special Pricing, Customer MUST Meet These Three Requirements:

  • 1: Customer MUST provide the artwork READY TO PRINT. This auction does not include any design work or artwork setup/layout. For artwork setup instructions, please see below.
  • **PRINTING SERVICE ONLY (DESIGN/SETUP NOT INCLUDED)**2: Business cards MUST be matte or glossy on both sides.

    All 1000 cards MUST be exactly the same. Please note that we cannot split the order in different quantities.

 

Product Description:

  • Color: Full Color (Please note that we do not have any neon or metallic colors.)
  • Paper Type: 16PT White Card Stock
  • Finish/Coating: High Glossy or Matte
  • Sides: 2 Sided (If we do not receive instructions for the back side it will be left a blank white with glossy finish.)
  • Size: 2’’ x 3.5’’ (Standard)
  • Turnaround Time: Approximately 2-4 weekdays for printing and 2-4 weekdays for shipping. (Excluding holidays)
  • Design Service: Free design service is NOT available for this product.

Please note that we cannot split orders. (The same design will be printed on ALL cards.)

Artwork Instructions For Customers Providing Artwork Ready To Print:

  1. Please make sure that all text, pictures, logos, and etc. are placed  at least 1/8th of an inch inside of the edge to ensure that nothing is cut off. The background can go all the way to the edge.
  2. Your artwork should be set up with 1/16″ bleed on each side (1/8″ bleed to height and 1/8″ bleed to width), final art should be: 2.125” x 3.625”.
  3. Type of file to send: We recommend saving as a JPEG or flattened PDF file. You may also send the file in the following types: PNG, AI, PSD, EPS
  4. Resolution should be set at 300 DPI high resolution. Always start and finish your designs in  CMYK color mode.
  5. We have templates on file showing the cut and safety margins, so please request a template if needed.
  6. Email artwork to our info@vimgstore.com email address. If your artwork files are extremely large (over 20MB) please let us know and we will give you special instructions on how to send the artwork.
  7. Please send your Name, Email, shipping and billing address and phone number.

How To Order:

  1. Purchase product and make payment.
  2. Send artwork to our jobs@vimg.org email address.
  3. A proof will be sent to you for approval within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Under extreme workloads proofs may take up to 48 hours. We will send the proofs to the email address that we have been communicating with. If you do not hear from us within 24-48 hours then we probably did not receive your message. 
  4. Once proof is approved, the printing process begins.
  5. We will provide a tracking number once product has been shipped. The product will be shipped out standard ground service. Please provide a physical address for us to ship to. Also note that we CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
  6. We will ship the product to the address that is provided to us by you ONLY!
  7. Rush printing and shipping options are available for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote.
  8. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada also available for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote.

Terms:

Due to the fact that most of our products are custom made and have no resale value, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. FREE shipping to the 48 contiguous states only! 8.5% Texas sales tax for Texas residents. We do not guarantee 100% exact cuts or colors on all print orders. Please note that the quality of images are only as good as they are sent! We are not responsible for low quality images. We are not responsible for any unauthorized images, pictures etc. used by a client placing orders with us. The client is held 100% liable for any misuse of images and copyright infringements. No Refunds! Once product has been shipped, WE ARE IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEM(S). Client will be held 100% liable for item(s) once shipped. Tracking number will be forwarded to client once item has been shipped. We reserve the right to refuse service to whomever we wish.
